I founded Retainer, a dentist SEO company, for the work that decides whether a practice is one of the three Google shows on the map: each office’s Business Profile, a review request after every visit, links from local sites and the pages patients read before they book.

Every change is made on the practice’s own profiles and site, which stay in its name. Before the work starts we pick the searches together and fix the numbers it will be judged on, and it runs month to month for as long as those numbers move.
