Controller and contact

Yan Dobromyslov in Portugal is the controller for the personal information described here. To ask about the data, exercise a privacy right or make a complaint, email info@dentistseo.company.

What the application collects

The application collects your practice's website, the treatments you want more patients for, your monthly budget, your name and email, and technical anti-abuse data needed to process it. Do not submit patient, health or other special-category information. Retainer does not need it to consider an application.

Purpose and lawful basis

Retainer uses the information to consider your application, decide whether the requested work may fit, and maintain the resulting correspondence. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to a person who has asked about the work. Inquiry data is not added to a marketing list or reused for marketing.

Recipients and data flow

• Local storage and Proton Drive keep the submitted record in a private local SQLite database and restricted backup copies in Proton Drive, where file contents and names are end-to-end encrypted.
• Cloudflare serves the site and runs Turnstile. Turnstile processes network and browser signals needed to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare acts as Yan's processor when protecting the form and as a separate controller when it uses those signals to improve Turnstile.
• Google delivers your application to Yan's mailbox, and hosts the mailbox used for replies and privacy requests. If you email or reply to info@dentistseo.company, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to that Google mailbox. Cloudflare states that Email Routing does not store or access email content.

International processing

The active database remains on private local infrastructure, but the cloud providers and their subprocessors may process information outside the European Economic Area. For restricted transfers, Proton's, Cloudflare's terms incorporate the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare also identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for eligible US transfers; Google identifies adequacy decisions, including that framework, and standard contractual clauses where required. Retention

• The local record of an application is deleted from active storage 12 months from submission.
• Technical consult-event records contain no form answers and are deleted from active storage after 30 days.

Deleted application records and technical event metadata can remain temporarily in local periodic disaster-recovery backups until rotation. These copies are not used for ordinary operations.

Google stores the application delivered to Yan's mailbox and any correspondence that follows without a fixed automatic mailbox-deletion period.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to apply and can email Yan instead. Depending on the circumstances, data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). Send a request to info@dentistseo.company. Yan will assess the request under the applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the application, processors, purposes or retention practices materially change.
