How Bright handles enquiry data.
This notice covers the business enquiry form on dentistseo.company and any email correspondence that follows.
Controller and contact
Yan Dobromyslov in Portugal is the controller for the personal information described here. To ask about the data, exercise a privacy right or make a complaint, email [email protected].
What the form collects
The form collects your name, work email, optional practice website, the problem description, the form source and technical anti-abuse data needed to process the submission. Do not submit patient, health or other special-category information. Bright does not need it to assess an SEO enquiry.
Purpose and lawful basis
Bright uses the information to receive, secure and answer a voluntary business enquiry, decide whether the requested work may fit, and maintain the resulting correspondence. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to a person who has asked about the work. Enquiry data is not added to a marketing list or reused for marketing.
Recipients and data flow
- Supabase receives and stores the submitted form record.
- Cloudflare provides Turnstile anti-abuse processing and site delivery.
- Resend sends two messages: an operator notification containing the form source and an opaque record ID, not the form answers; and an acknowledgement to your submitted work email that uses your submitted name in the message.
- Google becomes a recipient if Yan replies and separate email correspondence begins.
These providers may process information outside Portugal or the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer occurs, Bright relies on the safeguards made available for the relevant service and transfer.
Retention
The submitted Supabase form record expires 12 months after submission. Resend retains the message copy for 30 days and event metadata for 30 days. If Yan replies, that creates separate email correspondence in Google; no fixed mailbox deletion period is currently applied to that correspondence.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to use the form and can email Bright instead. Depending on the circumstances, data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and complain to Portugal's data-protection authority. Send a request to [email protected]. Bright will assess the request under the applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the form, processors, purposes or retention practices materially change.
